Maidina. Urango is way too ****ing slow. They have different kinds of power. Maidina is more of a natural power puncher. It comes out smooth for him and his speed is decent. Urango looks like he has good power, but he maximizes it by loading up and throwing his whole body into shots. Thats why hes so slow. Plus i think he lifts weights.... Maidina wins this one by ud or late tko

You see, Urango has more a lacy type power. Slow and clubbing. Maidina is more of a natural banger like trinidad. And no I didnt just take this by body types (I have watched a few of their fights too), but it helps show the difference in the type of power they have :good

Urango. The man is a ****ing beast!!! If Maidana tries to trade with him he'll lose - people are overlooking the fact Hatton actually BOXED when he fought Urango lol.

this sort of fight would be a bloody war type of affair. i've never seen Juan Urango in one of those. Maidana's a madman.

I think Maidana would take it. He's just a little more versatile than Urango, and he would be able to take the occasional step backwards and to the side to land some shots. Then again, Maidana's chin isn't great, and I could very well see the result end up being a huge KO for Urango.

Urango by decision seems kind of silly though. If Urango wins, it would be by knockout. He doesn't have Marcos' boxing skills, and Marcos wouldn't get on his bike to run for the loss like Ngoudjo did.

Why so many Urango by decision predictons? If he wins, I think it will be via knockout otherwise he loses on points. The guy is a plodder and will not outpoint anyone at the elite level IMO

Urango is too slow and predictable. Against top-level fighters, he will be outboxed again and again. Maidana however isn't exactly a technical boxer either, but he seems to have more dimensions to his game than Urango. More crafty with his punches and faster hands too.. but in the end, they would likely stand and trade with each other, which likely results in Urango knocking him out. If Maidana actually boxes him though, he'd win an easy decision.

I'll pick Maidana by KO 7 but I also predict that this would be a fight of the year candidate.
