Juan Wants The Floyd Fight Bad

If there is going to be a rematch, I'd prefer it be Cotto. Otherwise, fight Brook or Thurman.

 

I would have loved to have seen this fresh off his KO of Pac but unfortunately for JMM he's missed the boat. He deserves a final big payday but sadly I don't think it will be against PBF.

 

JMM should fight Devon Alexander in a military experiment where they test if people can actually die of boredom.

 

Very harsh on JMM, I think Frankie Gavin Vs Alexander would be better for that kind of experiment.

 

Yep. One of my favorite Floyd fights and just fights ever. The skillset (please disregard talk of him coming in at 146 instead of 144), was superb.

he like all other prospects are after the big payday a mayweather fight equals. i really don't think anyone stands half a chance cracking the mayvinci defense first/pot shot style.

 

I say let him get it.

 

I have no problem with it. he's already done more than enough at this point in his career so if he wants an easy fight to finish his contract, than I don't see any problem with it.

How funny is it that this Juan Manuel is considered an easy fight for anyone? I'd think it would probably play out similarly to their first fight, but to JMM's defense, he's been campaigning at WW for a couple years now so he's more comfortable at the weight compared to their CW back in 09.

I'd much rather see a Cotto rematch at 160. That's a much more lucrative fight iMO.

 

How the hell do you sell Mayweather vs. Marquez II? We all saw Marquez get completely outclassed by Mayweather already. You at least spin Khan as a legit threat to Khan. You get very far with that if it's Mayweather vs. Marquez. Mayweather vs. Khan is a fight that's been talked about for years. That fight will do solid numbers by Mayweather's standards. Mayweather vs. Marquez II has bomb written all over it.

 

I wanna hear Juan's case for a rematch before I support it. I wanna hear how he will make it different from their first fight or why it will be different.

 

He destroyed the guy who beat Floyd in slow motion
