by UD...not by KO and not in the 1st round. Be real bro...Caballero was already KO'd by a nobody...yet he's deserving because he beat an unproven fighter in Molitor? ****, Ponce Deleon was a bigger threat than anyone Caballero ever faced.

I don't think BigReg is a hater, he just made this thread to get opinions.

1lehudson is usually a solid poster, don't know what has gotten to him about Lopez. :D

That Thai dude was better than Ponce, that Caballero beat. Deleon is a sloppy powerhouse.

I can see JuanMa taking the division, I think he's the future. His roadblocks would be Vasquez and that rangy and lanky fighter, Caballero.

I would actually like for Juanma to fight Caballero. Now I'm really starting to think this fight might not happen... :-(

It really depends on how Vasquez and Marquez are after the ass beatings they gave each other. They might never be the same after that incredible trilogy they just had. For Juanma, he's younger, fresher and has taken considerably less punishment than the other two.

But the fact that HBO won't air fights below 126 is an issue for trying to get a fight at 122 made.

I'm getting sick of the Celestino bashing. He's beaten a number of solid opponents, and PDL was not the best fighter he's faced. Also, he doesn't have any losses to nobodys. Cordoba is a consensus top 10 guy in the weight class who would probably be higher if not for inactivity and being robbed out of a couple wins against Sidorenko. Rojas has a win over Genaro Garcia and a draw with Chris John, and is ranked top 5 at 126 by a couple of sanctioning bodies.

In terms of style, Vasquez would be a much easier matchup for Lopez than Caballero. Marquez might present some problems, but frankly Lopez would probably knock him out.
