Will it damage his career as a profesional boxer if he gets KO'd by Lopez, will he earn less money in his job after a whooping.

I'm not saying you know or i do but wouldn't he be better taking a more evenly matched fight at this stage in his career?

Not fight a walkover just someone who could win if he's not on top of his game?

Not as damaging as losing to rendall munroe, which like any fight is a possibility. At least if he fights Lopez he's expected to lose quickly, if he goes a few decent rounds with lopez and worries lopez a few times well then it'll look alright for his future. He'll get his name out there by fighting Lopez. If I had my way, I'd have him fight molitor, who in my opinion is beatable for dunne

Props to Dunne if he takes it. Unfortunately it's very hard to look past a Lopez knockout. Saying that Dunne did shock me in his last fight.

I'm not sure whether I want Dunne to fight Munroe or not. On the one hand I want him to school him but on the other hand I'd love to see Dunne tell him and Maloney to **** themselves after they refused to fight Bernard a few months back. On second thoughts I think I'd prefer to see Dunne stand Munroe on his head.

Its ballsy of Dunne taking this fight if it happens. He could be ko'd quickly enough unfortunately.

On a side note, which of these monikers most aptly describes the boxer in question?

    Rendall 'Refuse' Munroe

    or

    'Rubbish' Rendall Monroe

Answers on a postcard to the usual address please.

i'll have a go....For me Dunne is a better boxer, he picks his shots very well. He is too fast on his feet for munroe and I don't think Munroe has the power to upset Dunne's 'suspect' chin. Dunne for me is much too slick an I think i'm right in saying he's got a reach advantage (I stand to be corrected). Also Dunne has been doing a lot of intense training which has improved his strength and conditioning immeasurably, which was evident in the Cordoba fight. Another thing that was evident in that fight was his heart, courage and undeniable will to win.
Dunne, in my opinion has been in the ring with better fighters both in fights (cordoba, pickering, walstad etc..) and in sparring (pacquaio, mosely etc..). He has fought under very good coaches in freddie roach and obviously harry hawkins.
All in all, I feel has the experience, class and all round game to outpoint Munroe.
