I just read an article on El Neuvo Dia that Juama said he will KO Penalosa
    in the 1st round.
Then he wants Vasquez in the early summer.

Penelosa's my hero but I don't mind JuanMa taking a win over him.

I would love a Penelosa win though... and I'd die if I saw him stopped/

i'd be shocked if penalosa gets ko'd. anyway, when gerry fights, you just know that he is going to lose rounds against taller fighters. he could ebat fighter like vorapin anyday because they come to bang. lopex is smarter than that. gerry will just be waiting for a mistake from lopez. he'll lose a majority of the rounds but if he gets. but if lopez does something stupid, he'll pay for it.

As much as I respect the hell out of Penalosa, I think the younger and more explosive Juanma takes him out. Hope Gerry takes it to the distance though. He's a tough and cagey warrior so he's got a shot at it.

penalosa is probably the best technical boxer the phil. has ever produced so far. he is a very good counter-puncher and his defense and chin are solid. he doesn't throw that much punches anymore due to his age. juanma will probably win this via UD due to activity. but i think penalosa has a chance here being the better boxer technically if his stamina holds though.

Penalosa was a damn good fighter in his prime but he's far from a legend. Legend in the Filipines maybe but not around here. He was beaten 2x by In Joo Choo... In Joo Choo who??

It won't be like his last bout where some shenanigans had transpired. He may win by UD but not by KO. Well, unless some others guys try to intimidate Penalosa.
    Good show anyway...!
