I don't buy into the Juanma Hype he looks good but nothing special. I think he will get found out soon probably not by Luevano but soon

Luevano's balls. If he causes problems you know Lopez just ain't that great. I never bought into him for some reason, yeah he's pretty well schooled and powerful but his feet are slow..he doesn't have that X-factor.

If Lopez vs Gamboa happens it better happen at 126. I don't know what Lopez weight for tonights fight, but he was 121 for his last.

to another poster, yeah John is the WBA Super Champ, and to be frank, John does not want any part of Gamboa. Juraez could have taken him in their last fight, and I honestly believe that Gamboa would murder him

Should be able to pretty much walk him down and beat him up...Luevano's jab his only strong point and its not a jab that really ****s you up. It's more a shoot it out there activity type jab. Sometimes it even borders on a 'keep off me' jab. Lopez should grind him down IMO.

Yep, there''s not much behind that jab and once the jabs gone he's not going to offer anything else.

I seen Luevano's last fight and he looked turd but i thought he had a good jab from a previous fight, might have got him mixed up with someone else just boxrec him and the only other fight i can say i have seen was the dib fight and i have blanked that from my memory

Agree with the foot work comment, the only fight that made me notice JML was the De Leon fight (even thought escobedo beat De Leon before it) ever since he just been good.

I'm still a JuanMa fan, he may not have what it takes to be 'elite' but he's a fun fighter. Luevano using JCC's entrance music (I think)

Damn! Had a few quid on Gamboa points win. Guess that's out of the window. Not so much that I'm worried about the money but looking forward to seeing the fight.

What do you think of Cintron fighting Williams? Saw it mentioned on the general.
