I like that JuanMa is back on the scene...
    Some exciting fight possibilities w/Lopez.

Why not dig up Celestino Caballero & match him Vs. Lopez?
(What's up w/Caba these days anyway??)

The fight is happening on this date so as not to interfere with any of that stuff. That said, either fighter's wife having a legitimate health problem is just reason also. But now we are getting to far afield here.

I'll be rooting for Farenas too against Juanma but I think you're gonna lose your bet. Filipinos are naturally good at exchanging punches. That's what gave Farenas an edge against Gamboa, who got into thinking he's ready to be taken out. Farenas would win against Gamboa should they exchange punches but you should have already known that they're levels apart when it comes to pure skills. It's already been obvious since the very 1st round.

What Farenas did to Gamboa wouldn't happen to JuanMa imo. JuanMa's just too powerful for him and Farenas won't gain advantage in exchanging punches cause it's also one of JuanMa's main department.

MiniBurgos would **** JuanMa up something serious, man...

I could see JuanMa beat someone like Salgado tho. But at 130lbs keep him the **** away from Uchiyama, Gamboa and Burgos.

Actualy, it would be interesting to see a JuanMa-Jorge Linares bout.

But thanks to this ****** ass TR-GBP war, it wont ever happen.

Linares down to 130? Or Juanma up to 135?

You realize Farenas has the better chin here though right? And at no point was he ever scared of Gamboas power to the point where he ran. He kept pushing to exchange with a guy who is faster, more skilled and definitely more powerful than JML.

I would take Farenas in a toe to toe battle with JML.

Lets see Juanma against someone less dangerous first in his second comeback fight, better than the Brazilian but not world class level. someone like Boom Boom Bautista, Miguel Roman. Would like to see him fight Miguel Beltran jr.

Lopez says he wants Donaire at 128. I don't know when Donaire is going to move up but thats a very interesting fight if it happens.
