Juanma vs. Rafa Prediction Thread

I think Marquez still has one great fight left in him and imo he's a better fighter then Lopez I actually think he will KO Lopez either way hopefully it will be a great fight this year needs one.

 

I think JML may take the lead then get reckless & ko'd. What's more likely is JML by stoppage or ko. He has better technique then I think he does but can be drawn into a war but RM is war-happy too. I'll be rooting for Rafael to pull the upset though I'm curious what the odds will be. I'll find out Saturday I hope. I'll study more JML to really gain an advantage in deciding a prediction. Wouldn't be surprised to see a FOTY candidate as both guys are exciting.

 

juanma will be too much for Marquez

 

As much as I like Rafa and want him to win this fight, I just dont think he has enough left IMO to keep up with JML...Lopez will probably wear him down and KO towards the tale end of the fight (guessing around 8-10) If this fight happened some years ago and before Rafa was in that amazing war with Izzy...I think he would be too much for Lopez.

My prediction...Juanma TKO in 9

 

I'm really considering betting on Rafa. His odds are splendid. I just don't have a leg to stand on at the moment.

 

I will pick Juanma, but I will not be surpise if Marquez wins the fight.

people are underestimating Marquez. I'm 40 years old and I'm still quick and could run 4 miles a day and I smoke cigarettes.
I'm rooting for juanma though, but I don't underestimate marquez.

 

I saw Rafa's last two fights. Unfortunately.

 

You've probabily never taken so much as a slap on the chops. Let alone 4 wars with one Izzy Vasquez which would put 10 years on you. :good

 

By his basis marathon runners should be the best fighters in the world.

 

Juanma is going to stop him early and dramatically.

I'm picking 4th round brutality, 5th round stoppage.

 

Unfortunate for me I feel the need to rewatch Vasquez-Marquez 4 to get a better prediction for the fight. TBH, I love RM but cannot see any other option than a JML tko. If he wins especially in a big way I'll be shocked.
