Gamboa scored a wide UD with some difficulties, but noting concerning. Maybe Lopez will have an easier time, likely getting a KO due to styles.

But the real question is: will Lopez look better vs. Salido than Gamboa looked vs. Mtagwa? You see where JuanMa struggled mighty vs. Rogers, Gamboa got past Salido comfortably and blew Mtagwa out in mere minutes. THAT'S the performance JuanMa will have repeat to answer to Yuri's statement vs. the common opponent.

Watch the fight, many of the rounds were very competitive. Gambia was getting caught with lots of shots throughout the fight, forget about scorecards, watch the fight. It wasn't a dominant performance.

And I feel no emotion towards Gamboa or Juanma so I don't know what you're talking about. You're the guy who said Rigondeaux is way better than Sweet Pea, so maybe you shouldn't accuse others of being unable to judge objectively.

Again, he won the fight easy, after all it is a boxing match, you will get caught if you commit to your offensive and salido is a very good fighter, an ex- Champ now but he was defending his belt, a guy that went 24 rounds with Marquez and La Cobrita, if you land 4 or 5 punches and got hit with one, that is not competitive, it is shutout.

I had seen Ugas fight, and I think he has potential just like Franco.

Dude, are you sure you watched the fight? You sound like a ******ed right now, no offense... look, let's do something, go find half-a-round where Salido was dominating Gamboa in your opinion and then we'll start the discussion from there.

    No, he will look worse.

Salido dealt well with the speed and power of Gamboa, he even dropped Gamboa. JuanMa will be made to look silly, he can MASH, but is not as fast as Gamboa and may even lose a 12 round decision. This is not an easy fight for Lopez.

Juanma will definitely win, but it should be a closer score than the Gamboa mismatch. I think Salido will be able to pull 3-4 rounds but Juanma will get a clear UD or maybe even a late KO.
