Yes, I think it's excessive. It should have ended with his apology.

He got his Glass Jaw brutally shattered for a second time by the same Feather Fisted Salido and then proceeded to make ludicrous excuses for a ****-poor performance, and he reminds of of Glass Jaw Roy in that regard. I think the suspensions are being handed out too liberally these days, but being ridiculed as a sore-losing, Glass Jawed Joke is fine because it is true.

The suspension is a bit excessive, but the jokes and people making fun of him for making crazy excuses are ok.

It is very, I am disgusted that a guy after giving us such a fight gets such a treatment, absolutely disgusting. I thought Chisora got excessive punishment too.

Chisora's punishment was right on...if anything it could have been worse. He is scum. I honestly think JuanMa was concussed and was just saying crazy things.

It is excessive but JuanMa does need some good time of to recover and regroup.

  9. publicly stating that a referee is corrupt is pretty serious, wouldnt u agree? he did it to himself.

I dont disagree with the suspension, It might be a bit much but hey he braught it on himself, he was saying the same thing after the first fight, I personally would have just gone with a fine but hey a one year suspension isnt so bad... that gives him a full year to train and learn from his mistakes and then in a year he can have a tune up and a big comeback fight. I can see him winning another championship just not getting the tier we once thaught he would reach

It's only a 1 year ban from the WBO as far as i'm aware. So it's not as if he's got a full year away from boxing. They are but one sanctioning body after all. With regards to the suspension itself, it's perfectly fine by me. JuanMa was being a ***** about it all, and threw around some very serious allegations. He was in no state to continue and would have been completely unconscious if the ref had let it continue. He needs to learn to show some grace in defeat. With regards to him being concussed at the time, it's possible. But i doubt it considering the sheer volume of **** leaving his hole when interviewed afterwards.

If he was suspended from boxing as a whole, I would probably question the decision... Trashing a ref is definitely something that should be handled, but he can still fight and make a living for himself.. He'll be okay..

  14. I think he should be punished for making allegations on a world stage about the ref. I would understand if it was a close fight, and he was clearly OK. But he was OUT on his feet and the ref saved his life. I think he needs to thank the ref.

He should have just pulled a Chavez Sr. and said "Richar Steele es un **** You!"

The problem is that he was a protected hype job, whose opponents were carefully selected, if you are gonna have a Mayweather ego, then you have to beat the best and do it one lopsidedly, Rogers Mtgawa took this fool to life and death, I mean WTF?

Blatantly not fight John, not fight Caballero (who I think can beat him), not Gamboa....

Instead his handler miscalculated a Mexican Warrior that does not give up and comes for War....and look what happened?? B+ got his panocha penetrated by a Mexican dick....

I think the fan ridicule is appropriate, but not the suspension or the bull**** from the commission. Once a fighter gets hit in the head (or any one) that many times no one should take what they say at face value. I think that ref was being a ****ing whiny ***** about the whole thing.....

Afther this you better belive Arum and his Cronies are not gonna let Chavez Jr, near Pavlik, Sergio Martinez, or any one that has a chance, no ****ing way....:deal
