his best opponent to date is probably ponce de leon, he beat him about 5 years ago but it was a very impressive performance. the one thing you can't say caballero hasn't got is balls, he went to thailand to fight for the WBA title and knocked out the home boy, then he fought steve molitor in his back yard and knocked him out. his resume isn't stacked because he hasn't had that career defining fight yet, he needs gamboa, john or juanma to step up and give him his chance, which he rightfully deserves.

the thing that goes against caballero is the fact that he is seen as a high risk low reward fighter, but its good to see HBO giving him air time as they know that he could conquer the division.
