Since Chris John is pulling out of the fight with Rocky Juarez, what do you think about Daud Yordan as a late replacement? He has a featherweight regional title fight scheduled for the same night in Indonesia. Also, he's co-promoted by Golden Boy, so that gets rid of a lot of the contractual issues. Also, he's Indonesian, so the Indonesian fans who bought tickets to see Chris John won't feel like they're being ripped off. It's a long way to fly, but if they can get it done, I'd love to see it happen. Yordan looked pretty good against Guerrero. If this does happen, how do you think it would come off?
Yordan is two one years old. GBP has a habit of matching these young kids from the Malay Archipelago with experienced champions.Rocky is an experienced fighter.Yordan needs more time to develop.
If he has a title fight on the same night I doubt he will take a Juarez fight. They will probably put someone easy in there for Rocky.
