The doctor with much higher medical education than you seemed to believe Judah wasn't telling the truth when he said he thought the doctor was holding 3 fingers instead of 2.

The doc held up 2 fingers and asked Zab how many fingers he was holding up and he said 3 and then he stopped it :rofl

Judah quit... the doc told him he was good to go and Judah was the one who decided to take a shot with the judges, it wasn't gonna get any better the last 3 rds

The only difference IMO from Rahman is that Rahman was at a disadvantage from an illegal butt, Judah was just a beaten man

    He quit, plain and simple.

In the postfight interview, the doctor said he thought Zab could continue, and it was Zab who claimed he couldn't see.

Moreover, the cut came from a punch.

So the correct decision would have been a TKO.

As it was, Cottey was up 6-3 at the stoppage.

Judah pulled a Rahman...but nobody really wanted to see him get knocked out, it was such a valiant effort.

Not fairly evident. The doctor's interview seemed to suggest he didn't think Zab was being genuine.

Who are you kidding? Vitali Klitschko fought for 3 rounds with an eye twice as bad as Judah's don't give us that garbage.

the cut was Nasty... don't think it was a headbutt. The reaction of Judah when he saw the replay of him getting hit with Clottey's upper was funny.

To the contrary he did. The miscount of the fingers seemed awfully contrived.

Or maybe he couldn't see himself winning the fight so he decided to hit the eject button and bail.

    Look . . . up in the sky. It's a bird, it's a plane, no, it's Judah and he's fittin to bail.

Judah knew he was about to get starched, so he bitched out, thinking he was ahead on the cards. Well, unlike Rahman, who was reward with a bogus no contest, it didn't quite work out for him.

Justice was served, and the right man won!
