I'd love to see a Brooklyn showdown at MSG between these two at 140 or 147. Both are from Brooklyn, Both talk mad Sh*t, thoughts?
This would actually be a good fight, intriguing. I am also not sure who would win this one. Malignaggi doesn't have the power or the pressure to make Judah fall apart so it would be an all boxing match with rounds going back and forth. If Paulie could shake off the punches Judah is able to land then it could settle as a close decision for PM.
This match would be interesting both fast slick boxers and New Yorkers too but i would go for Malinaggi on this one because he has a better mind set then Zab.
On account of Zab thinking boxing matches are 3 rounds, I'd have to go with that insufferable ***** Malignaggi Both are crap mind
Judah should come back to 140 and mix it up there. He would be more successful. I think Malignaggi would have problems with someone faster than him and who hit as hard as Zab
Malinaggi has no pop in which to discourage Judah. Zab is quicker and more athletic. Just like in the second Cory Spinks fight, Zab would keep swinging until he finally connected . Lights out for Paulie around the 10th.
If they were, Zab would be a highly successful boxer. Malignaggi, on the other hand, can fight a hard 12 rounds and has better textbook skills. I also think he has more determination. In my opinion, he'd win a clear UD.
I tend to agree with the guys on here picking Judah to win this fight. Paulie doesnt need to be in there with a fighter with comparable speed to him but also someone who is bigger and stronger as well. He would do better against Hatton than he would against Judah, imo. I think Judah takes this one. He's as fast as Paulie and has more power. I don't know what Paulie could do to keep Judah at bay. Of course, if Judah lost, it wouldn't be the first time he looked bad in a fight he should have won on paper.
I think you guys are underrating Malignaggi's speed when you say Judah is faster. I think as far as handspeed is concerned they are on the par but Malignaggi is so light and nimble on his feet, I say he frustrates Zab into a sloppy showing. Zab would let his frustration get to him and put on a bad showing and leave himself open to more landed punches. Also- I don't thin that Zab could really plant and land the bombs that Cotto did in the malignaggi fight- Zab is think loses this one by Unanimous Decision but i say he takes early rounds.
