does the winner of this fight possibly get a crack at floyd, hear me out,i know the most worthy of the shot is cotto, and both lost to him,but we all know this is a money buisness and zab still does decent numbers without even winning his fights, and mosley seems more recognizable because of his resume,i know what the hardcore fans of the sport want, but as of this moment i think shane/floyd would make more revenue than cotto/floyd,maybe even zab, will one of these 2 get a shot before the dreamfight comes along:think
I was thinking if Pacquaio is serious about coming up to welter he should fight the winner of Judah/Mosley. That would be a good test
The winner fighting Cotto is more plausible than the winner fighting Mayweather. Mayweather won't be fighting again until September, and probably won't fight again after that until April, May, or June. That gives the winner of this fight the inside track on a fall or winter fight with Cotto(assuming he keeps winning).
your proably right, but i could defenitley see golden boy and mosley defenitley pushing some cash to the table,i could also see the 24/7 plot.sweet smiling shane aganist ever so evil floyd ,theres money to be made there, assuming sugar wins,we all have to remember that shane beat his boss twice, and thats the fight for sepetember, doubt it,but you never know with money mayweather
not against cotto again, and seriously not another zab-floyd matchup. Why not look into the winner of quintana-williams or cintron-marg, or even clottey. Clottey has no dance partner, theres also berto. I'd pick any of the 2(shane,zab) against berto
I think the winner should fight cotto just to give him something else to do this year. I feel in Zab's fight against cotto he still has a chance to get a rematch because of the hard low blows that cotto landed should give him a chance to get a rematch. Shane's fight with cotto i felt like it should've been a draw or shane should've won by a point. So i really think that deserves a rematch. If either Zab or Shane should beat cotto, then i think they do a 3rd match at the beginning of next year, by that time Money should've made up his mind if he wants to make one more fight.
Well in all honesty I don't see the point in Cotto taking on the winner of this match up unless of course its the last resort. He has beaten both (though some have made excuses/personal explanations on why or who really won :huh ) I personally feel Cotto would dominate both in a rematch as both looked desperate and confused at moments in the fight. Both men will just have to wait their turn I guess. PBF sits at the top and he's the one in the drivers seat.
