How can Floyd be afraid to fight Cotto when he called him out at 140.

Once Floyd hurts Cotto like Corley did against him. Floyd won't let it slip away.

Everyone always mention how Judah, Mosley etc gave up doing what would beat/stop Cotto. Without doubt Cotto gave them plenty of reason not to do the things that would have won them the fight.

I think Cotto has proven he can handle power and great speed and still win. I am not saying I would pick Cotto over Floyd, I think Floyd is probably the greatest fighter of his time but no one will ever know until they get in the ring, I certainly think Cotto has done enough to give anyone some pause in picking a winner in this fight. Regardless, In my opinion Castillo was the first fighter to beat Floyd ( I haven't seen that fight since watching it live) and the only one that even came close.

I would say Zab stunned Cotto a couple times but did not "hurt" him.

He did win easily in the rematch, but the first fight was a gift, fighting hurt is an occupational hazzard.

Cotto KO's Hatton more easily than Floyd did, probably more easily now that Hatton has lost his 0, this often makes a big difference.

Floyd called out Cotto at 140 only to have Arum turn him down.
