go down your local gym and tell the instructor down there that you want to overcome your fear of fighting. i aint taking the **** and you know it.

you go down there, sign up, and pretty soon you'll realise that the fear of getting hit (whioch is what has made you who you are today) is what is holding you back from developing CHARACTER.

any man who doesnt have character is never going to be one.

and heres the good news....you dont even have to win a fight to develop that - but you DO have to overcome that fear.
