The uppercut was thrown low, but where it connected wasn't. I might be differen't than Judah, but my balls aren't at my waist. LOL.
It was a low blow, but before that Judah was getting his ass whip anyway. he was was being out clearly out boxed and would of lost the fights by points anyway.
At least have enough character to say things as they appear on the video,do you have to lie when everyone has access to the video?
It was a low blow. Many of you have never been hit low so this is just a bunch of opinions on how he could have gotten up and wanted to quit. Remember, this is the same Judah who fought and took a beating for 11 rounds against Cotto. He was being beaten up, got hit low and kept going. In the end, the punch was evidently low, it hurt, he went down from a low blow...such is life.
Judah was hit low and as per the rules he should have been given times to recover. I hope his protest is noted.
I admit, it was lower than what the referee instructed. That is blatantly obvious, and I, as a Khan fan, won't even try to deny that. If the referee had a better view of it, he would have definitely called it low, and allow Judah the time to recover. However, I do think Zab used it as a cop-out. I mean, surely he heard the referee standing above him counting to 10? Surely he must have realized that the referee was not calling it a low blow, and that he needed to get his ass up before he gets counted out?
HOw could Zab use it as a cop out. He was hit low and tried to recover, the ref should have never started counting.
Have you ever been to a Khan fight? I was ringside at his last fight with Maidana and I can tell you, with all those horns blowing and people yelling, I doubt too much can be heard in that ring. However, even in that case, allow that to be the speculation. Remember, this is a punch to the groin. There is a reason why the trunks are made that high. It is not about being punch in the "balls" but below the belly button which is such a weak and tender area. If you take your knuckle, then flex your stomach and poke yourself on the side of the belly deeply, you can feel pain. Now imagine jamming your fist into your mid-low side. It is an odd pain, thus why we as boxers wear cups there.
Damn Rico I'm sending you a friend request, cause after never agreeing on anything now we agree on everything... Now if only me and PH|LLA could get on the same page.:rofl
Those horns are incredibly loud, yes. But not loud enough to drown out a 10 count right above your head. Trust me, I've been to cricket matches where those horns are on full pelt. The ones in the Judah fight were nothing compared to what I've experienced. Yet they never prevented me from talking to anyone next to me, or a couple of seats away. If I can do that, Judah could definitely hear the ref. And if it was just below the belly button which Judah was in pain from, then why was he complaining about being hit in the balls, straight after?
