This'd be an interesting fight if Judah moved back down to 140, I don't think Paulie has the sort of power that'd disrupt Judah to much, but he's very quick, skilled and busy. Obviously Judahs speed is more than a match, but he often fights in spots. That said his power would become a bigger factor with the move down in weight... how do you think this fight ends?
Mallinagi by decision. Judah would hurt him early, but once Malinaggi shows that Judah can't take him out, Zab will fold.
I'm going to say Judah by early/mid round stoppage, I think you're right in the sense that if Paulie's still standing by the end of the seventh, Judah will fold. The move down in weight isn't going to help his stamina either.
Judah still has to much for Paulie. Hard style matchup for both fighters actually but Paulie is not the kind of crazy fast that Zab is. Zab can land shots with serious power at silly speeds, Paulie throws good combos but they have nothing on them. Not sure how it ends but Zab wins it. If Paulie keeps trying and tries to put pressure on Zab, i think Zab lifts and stops him in the mid rounds. If Paulie gets on his bike after he feels Judah's power, it goes the distance but with Judah winning a wide decision. I like Paulie, a lot more than Judah, but he isnt the kind of elite talent that Zab was and still is.
i don't think Judah folds against someone he KNOWS can't hurt him...which is why Judah did well against Spinks...Judah beats Malignaggi...
i'ma go w/ judah. i dont' wanna c this fight happen though. i like both fighters and malignaggi is a great prospect in my opinion, he has things to work on but i think he can improve everything incredibly and turn out to be something
I think he folds in the sense he'll start to slow down, and become less active, I think Paulie has enough to get on top of him when/if that happens.
Paulie has enough of what? because it's certainly not power, and even his speed is not quite on par with Zab...Paulie relies on speed to outbox guys, and he's no PBF defensively so anyone faster and stronger than him is a major task for him...
Stamina, workrate, and speed since when Judah slows their speed will definitely be on par, Judahs' accuracy also starts to dissapear late.
I don't want to say anything bad about either fighter at this time. I like Malignaggi and I have new respect for Judah after he put up such a great effort in his last fight. However, I think Malignaggi would beat him by decision.
fair enough but i see Judah as a bad style matchup for Paulie...Hatton has the type of style that could make Paulie look very good...
