    Hello, goons. :hi:

I was just thinking about this. We know that Judah is going to campaign at 140. Torres is looking for an opponent, now that Holt may not fight him right away.

So, why not Judah - Torres ???

That would be a good match, don't ya think? Instead of Torres moving up to 147, he should have a good one with Judah.

I want to hear what you guys think. Discuss!!

No,because Torres would knock his ass out.
Besides it won't make the money Zab wants but he is in that part of his career when he can't choose.
Think about it.....he was thinking about fighting Pacquiao.....definetely just for the money,it's obvious Pac would blow him out.

how so? lol.... clottey and cotto didnt blow him out the way people are suggesting pac would.... i swear Pac is getting so overated. Judah vs pac would be a good fight and you or anyone else dont know one bit if pac could take a power punch from judah.... or handle judahs speed. Im sure Judah thinks he would beat Pac... which is why he wants the fight.

i would probably favor pac due to his heart and aggression, but it is far far far from a sure thing like way too many boxing fans are trying to make it out to be.

they will never fight so its not like it matters... judah doesnt deserve a shot as of now.

i would love to see that and a focused Judah should stop Torres within 3 or 4 rds....that's a good idea....

Zab is slowing down with every fight now,his power is gone and his speed is inconsistent. He is a shadow of his former self.Pac at 140 would take him somewhat easy.

This could be a helluva brawl (were it any more than a fantasy match-up) and a great way for Judah to try to make a splash @ 140. I'd give Zab the benefit of the doubt in this one despite his half-assed effort against Ernest Johnson just because of the way Torres likes to wade in a-la Mickey Ward or somethin'. Torres' style would give Zab a chance to pull some flashy counters, which I think would motivate him to a better performance.

    Zab by late stoppage.

I don't think this will be a Zab KO as some in here are proclaiming. Zab is not even half of what he used to be. Torres is a very dangerous guy and has only lost against Cotto, and the last fight (the head butt incident.) It will be a good brawl nonetheless and both have puncher's chance.

Torres by stoppage. Zab has been on the slide and is getting worse after each fight. Torres should take control around 5 and stop him around the 8th.

as for the thread topic... Torres vs Judah, i honestly have no clue... to be honest i could see Torres being too much for judah, but at the same time i could see judah outboxing, countering, and hurting torres as well... it would be a good matchup.

It would be interesting. Judah is a southpaw with great speed and torres has great punching power
