There's only Judah's haters in this forum. losses This content is protected - After killing the Kostya in the first round, Zab took a hard blow. But Jay Nady stopped early. This content is protected - Fight tight, I personally saw Zab winning, Harold Lederman scored a draw. After that, in rematch Zab won, Ko round 9. This content is protected - WTF BRO?! Judah clearly won this fight. Baldomir won a maximum of four rounds ... was a scandal. look Baldomir face after the fight, completely unconfigured. This content is protected - Floyd Mayweather - Okay, Mayweatehr won, but, Zab hit this guy really the first four rounds., and Mayweather knocked down in the second round, but the referee said that Mayweather slipped (what?). This content is protected - Okay, but Zab did a great fight. He did what he could to win, he suffered two low blows very strong and still continued. to shut up who says he has no heart. This content is protected - Come on, at least a draw. In my count, Zab was in front with two rounds. This content is protected - this will not even say anything, just watch the video. Dude... you simply don't know how to score boxing if you had Judah up two rounds on Clottey. You are nothing more than a fanboy.
Dude. I know how you feel. Some of my favorite fighters are notorious underachievers: Riddick Bowe, Ray Mercer, Kevin Johnson. But reality is reality. Don't be delusional to justify your favorites. Accept them despite their flaws. I'd rather be a fanboy for a no-hoper than a dick riding bandwagoner
Im a big Judah fan, no need to excuse his losses. He lost fair and square in all of his L's, doesnt matter to me Im still a fan. Wish he would have kinda done more against Khan though.
:good Although not a Judah fan, I hate those "fans" that abandon their fighter the first time they have a poor showing.
Dude, you are reaching with your "examples" at best. Completely full of crap at worst. I say this and Zab is probably in my top five favorite Boxers. Zab is everything that a great contender should be and, due to his choice of trainers/surroundings/friends, never became the great fighter he could have been. Had he shaken his father and moved to quieter surroundings after the Tzyu loss? He might have been great. However he didn't and stayed in that street BS with suspect cardio. It breaks my heart, but it will never take away the electricity he brought to American Boxing and American Boxing History. I am and will always be a Zab Judah fan!
I Judah should be undefeated . That said the really showed hearth against Cotto. After that fight for me he was finished. He saw that even when he gave everything he finished beat up and he gave up on his career after that fight
Tszyu knocked down Hatton with a similar punch that was on the belt line. Wonder what would have happened with a non-British ref in there...
Yeah, a bit generous with the "killing Kostya in the first round" comment. More like "had a bit of success while Kostya worked him out". Rd 2 Tszyu had worked out how to nail him. Threw the same punch that nailed Judah a few seconds before that, and just missed with it. So it took Kostya about 3 minutes to suss out how to knock Judah into Bolivia. He's lucky Nady stopped it them, or Zab might still be chicken dancing today.
And if there's one 140 pounder you never wanted to give a free right handed punch too, it's Kostya, he hit like a mule. Judah won the first, but he was being measured and timed the whole time. As for the actual thread, at the time I was unsure of the Clottey scoring, after re-watching I do lean towards Joshua now, apparently if Judah won he'd of fought Margarito(?) and that in my opinion, would of been suicide for Zab.
