I don't ever pay attention to compubox. Golovkin landed more than he was given credit for, and definitely more than Canelo. None of that even matters though, because boxing matches are scored one round at a time, and GGG clearly won more rounds.

Alvarez tried his best and deserves credit for putting up a good fight. However, you shouldn't be given rounds for landing a few flashy when you spent most of the round backpedaling, eating jabs, being outworked, fighting a negative fight as your opponent walks through your shots and lands more punches. It was obvious to anyone who watched that Alvarez wanted nothing to do with GGG's power, which is why he ran so much. Alvarez had his success in the middle of the ring. If he wasn't fearful of what was coming back at him, he would have kept it there. Instead, Golovkin chased him around the ring, pummeling him, even with the shots that hit the arms. He simply beat Canelo up.

Well when Canelo first started fighting off the ropes and shaking his head, he wasn't really hurt, but wasn't there a right hand G landed with Canelo on the ropes? That one buzzed him, I thought. That one and the uppercut that Canelo landed were both good hard punches.

That should be her punishment. Make it a PPV. It would sell like hotcakes.

If their boy doesn't win, everyone from the ref, judges sanctioning bodies and planted spies are on the take! It's absolutely predictable and comical! I love all the anger and butthurtedness on display. LOL

That wouldn't make sense because GGG is the one that got the ass kicking.

    She got it right.

Hey, I love Canelo. Great fighter. Beast. Not his fault he's protected.

He fought very well. Give him 4-5 rounds. Anything more and its favoritism

That's your opinion. I could make the same argument for G, that he only won 4 or 5 rounds. At the end of the day, you like G and I like Canelo so naturally we're inclined to give more rounds to the fighter we like. But at the end of the day, I try to be as unbiased as possible. I just think it's lazy judging to just give rounds to the guy coming forward. I put more value on clean effective punching. I mean look at Chavez vs Sweet Pea. Who was the one coming Forward? Chavez. Who was the one backing up? Sweet Pea. Well pretty much everybody thinks Sweet Pea easily won. If you just gave rounds to Chavez for coming forward, most people who would think you don't know **** about boxing.

I gave GGG the rounds because he was the ring general, threw more, landed more. The busier guy. GGG blocked loads of Canelo shots.

    Decision has been rendered

    Decision has been rendered :
    118-110 Canelo
    114-114
    115-113 G

    Split Draw.

    That's the decision.

Classic quantity vs quality. Busier doesn't mean better. Canelo was picking off a lot of G's jabs, only a very small amount landed flush on Canelo. Canelo threw much less jabs than G, but some of them landed flush on G. Canelo is a far more accurate puncher. Much more slippery as well.

I'd like yo see the police officer who shot that Australian used the 'I'd a bad night defense'

America is more corrupt than Germany ever was, I always said having 3 american judges and a ref was a joke, but most Americans dont have a problem with it.

The litmus test was when a British ref was appointed to the fury vs parker fight and some posters who defend the rules in vagas were up in arms saying that it was corruption and parker should pull out because he was going to get screwed.

Well if thats the case no foreign fight who's not a side should ever fight in Vargas again

I had it 8 rounds to 4 Golovkin easily. Anyone who thinks Alvarez won that fight is simply biased as hell!

Byrd has been corrupt for many years......................Bob Bennett is a damned liar................
