I had Canelo up 3-2 after 5.

Scored the first 2 rounds easy for Khan.

Round 3 I scored for Canelo based on his shots to the body which I felt were more effective than Khan's flashier shots.
Dont have a problem with Khan getting that round though.

Round 4 and 5 was more of the same only Khan was starting to slow down his workrate from Canelo's right hand mus**** shots to his side.

Khan was wincing in pain from that right hand hook Canelo was landing on Khan's side.

It did turn out that Canelo was just to big for Khan. Those shots to the body were heavy and Canelo was closing distance each passing minute and it had everything to do with those body shots.

Khan's hands were down to defend that body shot when Canelo unloaded that massive right that put Khan's lights out.


Big difference tonight in the way Canelo went about attacking the faster fighter. He went strictly to the body where as against Mayweather he was head hunting.
Today's version of Canelo does a lot better vs Mayweather, especially now that Mayweather isn't quite as fast.

 

Canelo barely won a round until 6.

 

You stick to sucking ggg and pacs **** and talking down black fighters because that's all you do. Don't ever challenge my boxing knowledge ****boi alt I'll embarrass you.

I also had it 3-2 before the KO. 1 was clearly, IMO, a Kahn round, rounds2-4 very closely contested, 5 clearly a Canelo rd.

Anyone insisting that Kahn clearly won the first 4 rounds has his head up his ****.

 

Remember when Canelo got a draw on one of his cards after getting utterly schooled for the whole fight by Floyd? Yeah, let's just say he's one of the guys you DO have to dominate to win against (and even that my end up a draw )

 

Khan looked like Floyd for the first 4 rounds. :rofl Painting Canelo with combos.

 

Khan won the first three.

Canelo won the next two and was winning the sixth.

The KO ended things but the tide had already turned.


However, it's unlikely Canelo could prevail against tonight's Lemieux, much less GGG.

 

Khan won the first two, the third could've gone either way, canelo got the 4th and 5th so 3-2 khan or 3-2 canelo imo

this is the way i saw it. the third was the pivot rd that could have gone either way. i gave it to canelo because i thought he was doing more damage and they were about equal in connect percentage.

 

Fix was in. Khan would have needed the KO.

 

Good thing that wasn't necessary.
