Joyce would pound him in ,I can't even picture Ruiz being a real threat even if he somehow won the first few rounds, Ruiz would have little to threaten Joyce who would be chasing him if Ruiz isn't knocked out .

Ruiz would catch Joyce with counters early, but not hard or frequent enough to stop his relentless pressure. Joyce won’t try and box him tentatively on the back foot like Parker did, he’ll walk him down and pound him out.

I love Joyce and his style.

Also he’s weirdly boring outside the ring but very very likeable

Joyce moves like my grandma, he's the slowest boxer I've seen. The only way he fights at normal pace is if you speed up a video.

Agreed. I had heard about how slow he was, and man, ancient stivernes hand speed looked twice as fast. Some crisp counters

I still enjoy his mummy/zombie club you till you fall down style

I'm a fan of Joyce. He can give alot of guys trouble but he needs to make sure he isn't being hit as much and use his jab more (like old George foreman)
He has some clubbing power and is relentless.

He beats Ruiz and would trouble Joshua as well.

Wilder would be a problem for him because of Joyce's weak defense

if Joyce can take Ruiz’s power he’s doomed. He loses it in the later rounds, and his work rate isn’t all that great. He brings it to Joyce early with sharp counters, but slows down and gets outworked and beaten up from round 4-5 on, leading to a late stoppage or wideish UD.

Joyce is too slow. Good boxer though for a guy that's slow.

How does Ruiz deal with the range of Joyce - and AJ for that matter?

He doesn't he's to heavy footed. He doesn't even have the head movement he once had , assuming Ruiz is over 250 how can anyone really pick him to win ?

I think Joyce gets outboxed as long as it lasts, but he has the chin and work rate to wear out and maybe enentually stop Ruiz, but I think Ruiz lasts the distance.

Another fight I would like to see is Bakole vs Joyce, another tough one to call in my opinion.

I agree with some. What's your prediction on AJ-Ruiz?? I predict
Andy "Lord of The Snickers" Ruiz to get Flattened in 4. No offense, he is just so under prepared for AJ.

I rate Prime Stiverne over Ruiz
