Very entertaining fighter from Finland. He fights in cruiserweight division. Haapoja just made contract with ''P3 boxing'' which is our leading promotional team. P3 boxing was the main partner of Sauerland when they signed that Abraham-Froch fight to Finland. Juho Haapoja is a great warrior and I think he can make some noise in his division! His fighting spirit is amazing and his chin is very good. His handspeed is good and he hits pretty hard. I know he is not a world champion in making but I want to introduce this guy to you cause he is really entertaining to watch and I think nobody haven't heard anything about him. Haapoja-Huck, Make it happen! Okay, that was a joke :smooch:good What do you think guys? Do you think he has some potential? He is a former heavyweight fighter. Yes, he was a fat heavyweight. Now he is about 15kg lighter and he doesn't have big belly but those man boobs are still there to remember about his heavyweight career.
he's lost quite an incredible amount of weight! Maybe he can do quite well if he's that committed to training.
Haapoja is trained by British guy called C.J. Hussein. He was in Haapoja's corner in Haapoja's last fight and he often comes to Finland to prepare Juho Haapoja to his fights. Hussein is also John Mcdermott's trainer. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c6CpaPeeASY[/ame]
Haapoja's next opponent is Roman Kracik (32-5 18KO) Check this guy out! Haapoja is very entertaining and has some potential. Any thoughts?
Haapoja's next fight is against Faisal Ibnel Arrami (13-2 9Ko's) for the EU-title in Helsinki, Finland.... Any thoughts about Haapoja? I think he has the tools to make some noise in the division.
Haapoja is having a good run! Yesterday he beat Irish Champion Ian Tims. Tims was 11-0 and Lost his undefeated record. Btw, that was a great fight! Haapoja is fun to watch.. Any thoughts?
Amin Asikainen brought boxing back alive and it is still rising... Man it is hard to describe how much pro boxing stocks did rise when Asikainen captured the EBU Belt... Now Robert Helenius is carrying the torch. All the Big Events, mainly by P3 Boxing are shown as chargeable channel and sometimes now when Helenius has started to make some noise they have even show some if his Fights from Free channels.:happy When Helenius fought Derek Chisora all the Bars/pubs where stuffed full of people just to see Helenius fighting.. it is Great.:good ima afraid than When Helenius is done Boxing will decline again in darkness/oblivion...
And we have some ok prospects.. Edis Tatli is one to be mentioned.. He is very fast, tricky and can move pretty nicely. But he needs to improve his punching power.. Check him out from youtube.. Jussi Koivula is also One prospect to watch.. Very skillful boxer. And I hope former eu-champ Ville Piispanen makes a comeback after getting robbed in italy. He has the most beautyful skills of our country. and Eva Wahlström... What a beauty..:tired
I've never heard of him but I like the cruiserweight division and more talent is always welcome. I hope he does well.
