Hmmmmm...............Abraham's durability is proven, but for my mind Jackson was the bigger puncher. jackson isn't the kinda' guy required to beat Abraham (good chin, good at mid-range/outside and with decent stamina)he will take it to him. Has he got a better chance of stopping Abraham than Miranda? Undoubtedly. Is Abraham likely to come through Jacksons storm to land his own bombs and take him out? Likely. Abraham isn't a massive middleweight in height, and here he's going in against someone who will be closer to his size. I'm a massive Jackson fan, but Abraham is teak tough AND a puncher, which is basically what is required to beat Jackson. I say Abraham points (Jackson winning first 5, Abraham the 7 after) or late stoppage.
Abraham isn't big in height but his stamina issues at mw were largely due to him having problem making weight. At fight night he was around 180 points according to himself. He is massive. A fighter with a bad chin who comes right to Abraham spells huge trouble. Jackson is perhaps p4p the best puncher ever but Abraham is tough, has a very good defense and a cast iron chin. One flush punch from Abraham and Jackson is gone and he will land at sometime. Jackson has a chance with the right gameplan. Abraham's defence is often lackluster when it comes to the body and there were a few fighter who were able to exploit this before they got knocked out. Jackson is a step above of these guys, so if he doesn't come for AA but fights from range and works the body he has a good chance.
I am from the school of thought that believes Abraham is under rated on defense. He can counter well too, and fights smart. Jackson was a true pound for pound puncher, but I think Abraham is the better fighter, and happens to own a pretty solid chin too. I'll go with Abraham via late round TKO.
Abraham doesnt know the first thing about rolling with punches to take some of the impact off, he just takes them flush. He's so easy to hit. I dont think he even knows how to duck under punches. At least, I've never seen him do it. He's big and strong but so is Jackson who can freeze him with one shot. Far too crude and straight up, this fight is an accident waiting to happen with Arthur getting the worst of it
Abraham is durable, but Jackson was on another level when it came to punching power. I think Jackson stops him in 5 rounds.
Let me guess you have never seen AA fight ... ducking under punches is pretty common for him, he does it in every fight.
