Ike definitely has a chance but I think it is more likely that Jackson becomes the first dude to stop Quartey. Ike was at his best at 147 and outside of his excellent jab he was not a strong puncher as he moved up in weight. He was sound defensively with his high guard and could win some rounds with his jab and underated footwork but to last 12 against Jackson at an unnatural weightclass for him is asking alot. He was really spotty at 154 when you look at gus record. I thought he got screwed against Forest but was lucky to come out ahead against Verno Phillip's. Vargas cleanly beat him.
If there's any fighter that would ko the durable Quartey it's Jackson. Quartey had a great jab, good skills but nothing spectacular. I see Qaurtey starting well, getting his jab off, using good movement keeping Jackson at long range . But sooner than later Jackson would find his range, and ko Quartey.
