I recall Jackson fighting mostly at 154 whereas Carter was pretty much a bonafide middleweight. Very tough to pick. Carter had some moxie but was no defensive marvel. Jackson's power was electrifying. He folded people over with bodyshots and when he detonated onto chins good fighters took naps. That said, I believe that Carter had enough power himself to keep Jackson's respect. Neither would get too reckless. Carter had the sturdier chin and this would serve him well here. Both men suffer knockdowns but Carter finishes with aplomb and takes the last few rounds to secure the verdict. Carter UD
