Assume Julian Jackson is the reigning WBA Super Welter Champion,
and Leonard moves up from WW to challenge him.
Leonard has knowledge of his Hearns win.
Jackson has knowledge of his Terry Norris win.

    Jackson: 5'-11.5", 73" reach.
    Leonard: 5-10", 74" reach.

    Who wins?

Leonard took some good shots from a welter Hearns and had a much better chin than Norris I feel this one could depend on who landed the big shot first or who takes the best shot, Leonard was quicker while at welter but I don`t know if his hand speed would be quicker than Jackson`s 154lbs. Leonard punched well in knocking out Kalule who was decent and Jackson was knocked out by McCallum so I`m leaning towards Ray.

Jackson is outclassed by the better boxer, punchers chance for Jackson but Ray tough enough anyway

I can't stand Leonard, but he is hard to beat at 147 and 154. Leonard stops Jackson, who I have a great appreciation for, just such an exciting fighter.
