I see Jackson winning this one way or another. Although known for his incredible power, Jackson had very fast hands (much faster than Winky), and could box his way to a decision win over Winky. Winky's defense is pretty good, so he might be able to stink the joint out and lose a decision similar to Thomas Tate in his fight against an aging Jackson. Winky has a good chin, but, it was not undentable (he was down several times against Vazquez). If Jackson lands clean, fight is over.
