Jackson is one of the biggest hitters P4P in history, it's no shame to be a little bit less powerful than him.

Golovkin isn't dumb like Jackson. He is not putting all his power into the punches most of the times which is why he is not getting KTFO'ed like Jackson.

jackson had to plant his feet and set everything up most of the time. Many instances he would catch someone on the way in and his punches did loop and were thrown with far more abandon that Golovkin's.

On the other hand Golovkin's power is far more fluid and technical. The only real instance when he let go with a huge looping shot like Jackson, ishida was basically left for dead.

Poster's are simply riding with Jackson due to nastalgia or agenda. Probably a bit of both.

I think it's because every time he hits an opponent clean, they seemingly abandon everything and go into survival mode, that's the scary thing about his power.

  9. The Korean genes lowered GGG's maximum hitting power.

Everyone saying Jackson was some wild "hayemaker" and "swinging for the fences" fighter. clearly are full of it and never watched The Hawk

Julian Jackson was FAR from being a crude brawler who relied on his power punches. People who think that have not seen Jackson fight. He was an offensive minded basic textbook boxer puncher who picked his shots. Wasn't as precise or fluid like Louis or Arguello but his godly power helped accommodate that. His real flaw was his defense and his lack of versatility.

Golovkin is more precise with his punches and has more variety in his game, which makes him different from Jackson. Power wise Jackson edges it just a bit.

You need to shut the fock up. If anyone has an agenda here its you. Julian Jackson was voted 25th among the greatest punchers of all time by the experts. Thats way ahead of renowned all time great punchers like Naseem Hamed, David Tua, Lennox Lewis, and Trinidad.
Who has Golovkin knocked out? Exactly.
