Was curious if anyone knew the makeup of "The Hawk's" typical training session

I would also be interested to see if he had to work a lot on his power in training, or if he just let it take care of itself.

    09.00 AM -10.00 AM -- spar
10.00 AM - 12.00 AM -- bring in more sparring partners
12.00 AM - 02.00 PM -- phone neighbourhood gyms for locals to spar with
02.00 PM - 04.00 OM -- find out if there's anyone still conscious in the city

Honestly, I have no idea. I'll venture a guess that he did a lot of weight-cutting, as he had that monstrous punch and fought at such a measured pace. Could easily be wrong, though.

Long shot thread but figured here was the best place to make such an inquiry

I think he practised throwing bombs.

He'd get his trainer to move around him and outbox him for a few rounds, then he'd throw a big bomb. Then repeat.

Don't know so much about that. He was always in amazing shape, year round, in or out of training.
