    I know many Mexicans who hate Roberto last, on Facebook for example they call him inflated and overrated.

    So far and seen many comparisons between Chavez vs. Lasts by chance I realized that most of those who believed that Chavez could knockout last are Mexican.

    I honestly believe that Mexicans hate to last because it is better than all their boxers who had and have the best that Julio Cesar Chavez, Marco Antonio Barrera, Erick el terrible morales, juan Manuel Marquez, Oscar golden boy de la Hoya and of course Saul El Canelo Alvarez.

    I am Latino but I hate that Mexicans do not recognize the greatness of Roberto duran and Carlos monzón

    So Mexicans apparently think Mexican fighters are the best! What a revelation.

    I know many Mexicans by WhatsApp groups, Facebook groups, also some Mexican migrants living in Peru

    It's cool...you got your meaning across...your English is fine. By the way, many Americans are also full of **** regarding Monzon...in the Mexican's case, it's nationalism....jingoism...in the Americans case, denying the greatest middleweight champion of all time is just ignorance....maybe willful ignorance.

    I don't see many americans discounting Monzon. In fact, he's constantly mentioned as one of the greatest middle weights of all time; at least top 3. Personally, I think he would have beaten Hagler had they fought although I consider Hagler far more exciting to watch. Also, it seems he left much to be desired as person, which might impact his standing with the public.

    Nothing new about fans favoring their home country fighters. I'd pick Duran over Chavez.
