This guy was eating tacos 6 days ago and now he is eating punches like it's tacos.

 

You could probably wrap your fist in a corn tortilla instead of a leather glove, pour a little salsa verde on it, and throw a big windmilling haymaker at him, and he'd go full-on Jaws and deep-throat it up to your elbow.

Guy loves to fight.

Shame he was born with the hand speed of a three-toed sloth, because that one missing attribute is the only reason he probably never wore a world title belt.

Giving that round to the more active Garcia even though Smith landed the cleaner shots.

 

Same, makes it 48-47 Smith for me.

 

WOW he is dishing some back on SMITH!

 

I'm at work so I have to pause a lot, I'm just now able to set down and watch. Starting round 2 now.

 

Sixth is a low-key war. The punches are flying in both directions, heavy leather although it does have a bit of monotonous lull to it, the way they're both just shrugging off each other's head shots.

 

Smith's round. Garcia missed most of his punches, while Smith snapped Garcia's head back several times with clean shots.

59-55 Smith.

 

10-9 Smith, 58-56 Smith - no longer feels like the stoppage is there for him. Although he does sting Amenaza when he concentrates on the body.

 

García was hurt badly downstairs in the seventh.

68-65 Smith

 

Clear round for Smith, Garcia was hurt but he's resilient.

69-64 Smith.
