Just thinking about the slim possibility of this fight taking place after seeing that Spike weighed in at 172-173 for his fight this past Saturday, and 4 of his last 5 have been fought above 160. Spike's last fight was on a PBC card and Junior is w/ Al Haymon. The fight would be attractive to large groups of fight fans and would appeal to many that don't fall in the Mexican or Irish fan groups. If Spike can't land Eubank Jr. and is willing to mix it up in the LHW range, why not take a winnable fight against a name? Junior's agenda is never clear and his opponents are often unpredictable so it's not too far out. Again, this is simply thought material at this point but it sounds fun to me. I think O'Sully would bust him up and then have to fight the judges.

Great match and hopefully Spike can shatter that lardass potheads chin once more.
