Chavez is landing rabbit punches as Vera tucks his chin and fires back with straight punches having no effect on the chin of Chavez. Vera backs up and flurries, turning right to avoid the ropes. Chavez whips in a left hook on the body. Vera is dancing away throwing light straight shots vaguely aimed at the head of Chavez.

Round 10

Chavez is getting dusted with hooks and drum solos on the inside. Vera is just winging little arm punches in all over Chavez's head. Hooks on the body by Chavez, swiveling his hips into them. Looping right under the jaw by Chavez. Vera keeps flurrying at him. Chopping right on the face by Chavez. Left hook by Vera. Chavez is pushing into Vera, heads grinding together, both throwing short uppercuts. Vera has his back on the ropes and is throwing uppercuts and hooks in bunches, caught by a big right hand and wobbled but coming right back and lightly dusting Chavez with several more punches.
