    Double jabs and uppercuts from Vera. Body shot by Chavez. Left hook up top by Chavez, but Vera is walking through it all and throwing hard combos. Double hooks to the body by Vera. 1-2-1-2 by Vera, nailing Chavez between the eyes and forcing him to take several steps backward. Vera has his left arm trapped as Chavez snatches it, and works his right hand with short chops. Headbutt by Chavez. Right hand by Chavez. Vera beckons him to throw some more, waving a glove at his own chin. Vera comes forward and hooks the body, then chops down with a right hand when Chavez ducks. The ref warns Vera for "low blows". Upper-hook by Chavez.

    Jr is complaining. Chavez's best round so far, but his conditioning is questionable and is tiring.
