WV2 took Donaire's punches cause it has no mustard after it was injured. Blood was ****ing oozing FFS I don't know how Donaire could keep punching with that injury. If they'll rematch and Donaire has no injury, that fight would be over before the 10th. Fact.

Calm down, dude. It's OK to criticize top athletes. He ate too many jabs, that's a legitimate criticism for anyone to make without it being labeled as unreasonable hating..

Michael Jordan and Muhammad Ali weren't above being critiqued. Nobody's perfect. :good

Wouldn't call Vasquez top, but he's class and Donaire did alright.

He really does need to stop moving up every other fight, based on tonight, though.

Crap. He was supposed to KO Jr. early too.

Not opposed to Nishioka or Rigo though.

Chavez Jr. tells official HBO interpreter Jerry Oyala that it's tough for him because he is always the bigger man and having to cut down close to fight night - but he always manages to do it in time. He says he is in good physical condition and makes sure to prepare well every time.

Merchant asks if Chavez is ready for Rubio to bring it, thinking Chavez will be weak. JCC Jr. says the hours are whittling down and he will show it in the ring.

Merchant asks if this is the end of him at 160lbs.

"No. Not at all, I am comfortable and want to stay a while".

Merchant asks why it's difficult to be the son of a legend and live in that shadow. (seriously Merchant? ****ing ******ed question that answers itself).

Chavez says that everybody wants him to fight like Sr. but he wants to make his own history.

Merchant asks another stupid question, basically paraphrasing "Do you feel you want to be great in your own way?"

    "Uh...yes..."
