He will never fight one. This is a money grab for the Chavez family.

They have no intent of making Chavez jr a top level fighter because obviously he cant.

I actually think he has done it well by fighting no name guys but barely upping his competition. Ronald Hearns on the other hand jumped too much too quick and lost to Yorgey. Hearns should have fought another 10-15 times and gotten experience like Chavez is doing. But Hearns is already 30, so he was trying to speed up the process. I think Hearns has skills to do well, but now he has to regroup and that is hard. I hope they take thier time and fight 10 more fights and Ronald might still be champ. He has to work on his defense also. His dad is my favorite fighter, but about Ronald I think he is good but just no amateur experience like his father and really of coarse not as good since his father is ATG. But still he could have made a name for himself had he gotten experience. 40 fights against nobodiesis better than 20 fights against nobodies, especially if you have some ok fighters in the resume.

He's doing what his father did. Fight 80 bums before actually fighting a contender. Makes for good experience I guess.

The problem with Chavez Jr. is that he fights like his father. He is tall and long but he doesn't use his height or reach. He fights on the inside like a short man with short arms. He would lose to a good fighter than can take advantage of that.

Chavez Jr. doesnt mean **** until he fights someone worth anything. I'm actually mostly bothered by the fact that his father was a great warrior and his son wont fight a dangerous opponent.

When he gets to 100-0-1, he might face a live body.

Chavez Jr. is a joke. People watch him because of their man-crush on his father.

As long as people keep paying to see him fight scrubs, they'll keep having him fight scrubs. They were talking Chavez-Duddy, but even that seems unlikely, given that Duddy would probably win.
