Once he steps up and fights a C+ fighter he'll get beaten.

    That's a good idea.

    Jr. vs Jr.

Both were at one time highly touted prospects that lost they're way.

Neither was touted on ability, just extensions of the brand.

Even Chavez Jr. Is borde during his fights, Dont get me started, Chavez JR has lost so many fights already I don't consider him undefeated and either should you. I know that his score cards were miss placed in at least one fight.... How many others who knows... Chavez Jr what joke...

Top Rank has mentioned Duddy a number of times for April to set the boy up for a title shot.

I think it would be a good match-up to motivate Jr. His usual antics at 154 would not work and will push him to do better. If he can't win this fight then that answers all questions about this future.

He had 11 decisions and 30 KO's. Which ones are your talking about homie? :think

The fight he drew probably should have been a loss, but let me see your answer? :verysad

In fairness to Chavez, he didn't have an amatuer career, so he's learning his craft as he goes along. So, with that in mind, and with his family name, he actually isn't progressing that badly in terms of skill-set. He puts his punches together reasonably well, and seems fairly poised inside the ring. Plus, he's still in his early 20's. He's flawed, of course, but, I've seen worse fighters work their way toward title shots.

Let's see how he develops in the next year or two.
