Julio Cesar Chavez Jr...When is he fighting a contender?

I am not a fan, but as a person who follows boxing, the guy needs development. He is coming up the hard way... no the ULTRA hard way. Give him some slack.

 

I think what you say is true... but this is the least of his problems.. He looked terrible Saturday, and against that level of competition shows a lack of skills as well as commitment. He used to put on a show against this level of comp but his physique (looking softer and softer) and performances proves this.

 

The problem is he is making six figures coming up the hard way.

 

I don't think anyone would pay to see me kick my own ass.

 

Ha! Maybe that would be a good angle. But I just meant, either guy isn't their dad by a fraction and I don't even think about them. :yep

 

He'll fight a good boxer when he gets 80+ fights like his dad.

 

He's going being a shot fighter before he can even reach his prime. :bart

isn't he fighting Duddy next? If so that is a decent step up for the kid.

 

I'm just assuming that he will do like his dad and not fight anoyone of note untill his 60th fight.

But Duddy is a nice step up.

 

it isn't on the Mayan calender so that means not until 2013 at the soonest
