I have no problem if he lost, I think the most he can get is a Draw. But the score is unacceptable. That;s like the Penalosa-Ponce score.
you know damn well you can't even give glenn a ****en round or 2.....:rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl
theres no reason to hate on him. i heard hes actually pretty exciting. so what if he's padding his record. he is no different than the other tens of thousands who have done the same
JJC Jr is coming on smoothly and earning his dues slowly but surely. No need to hate the guy . . . he is working for his name and stature.
He is far from being a top notch fighter but I love the guy because he comes in with a big figthing heart and work for his wins.
The kid is only 15. Give him about 2 more years, and he'll be ready, but he needs to work on conditioning and stamina.
tbh i don`t think he gets much hate and if he does its probably cause his record is pretty padded. Look at it this way when i found out he was fighting Matt Vanda i actually thought "This is a pretty big step up for Chavez" and thought he had a real chance of getting upset even though he is almost 40-0 Matt Vanda just got his ****ing ass kicked a few weeks ago by Sebastien Demers who got knocked out in 3 rounds by Arthur Abraham, and Demers was only 23-1. some people just don`t like padded records, though i don`t see where JCC jr. is getting all this so called massive hate.
Freddy, how much progress do you think he is showing? I've only seen a couple of his fights, so it's hard for me to compare them. Is he getting better every fight? If he continues to improve, is he likely to become world class soon?
well, i dont like him because hes being handed his career for the most part on a silver plate.... he was born with a silver spoon in his mouth, now being brought along with a silver spoon in his mouth.... and ya know, i wouldnt even mind that because that could just be good matchmaking accept he cant even come in at proper weights... his LAST fight there were massive controversy surrounding his weight and scandalous **** going on... and now the fights not even at a sanctioned weight class? and i get sick beyond belief of constantly hearing 'oooh but he didnt have any amature fights' i suppose i can understand why people get behind him and everything.... but i just cant, he fights people not his size, getting gifts, scandalous weight issues and fighting at non sanctioned weight classes BECAUSE hes not dedicating to making weight... personally i cant wait to see him knocked off that priviledged perch of his... and im not hiding anything, i know i dont like him and ill admit im a hater.... if you like him you like him if you dont you dont.... i can see how people can like him but at the same time i can see how people cant... its very simply, the priviledged rich boy getting a manufactored career while still not fighting guys his own size after almost 40 fights and not fighting at proper weight... but i guess he didnt have any amature fights
:rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl This from someone who scored the JMM-Pac rematch a draw, and then changed his scorecard the next day to a Pac victory because there were others in this forum who scored for Pac!:rofl :rofl ......talk about shame!!!:rofl :rofl :rofl :verysad
We'll at least you're not hiding the reason you hate the kid....... ....I can respect that. The reality however is that Jr. is taking advantage of his fathers name and the perks that come with it, if you were in his shoes, you'd likely do the same. Jr. has talent, and as long as people pay to see him fight, his camp is going to continue to bring him along slowly. Honestly you cant say they're feeding him a bunch of stiffs. At least now, fighters like Vanda are making him sweat and dig deep. This means that right now, they're feeding him fighters at his proper level.....fighters he's unlikely to lose to, but fighters who will make him work proper so that he also gets a ring education in the process. I was'nt able to catch Jrs fight with Vanda, but the consensus in this forum is that it was a close fight that Jr. deserved to win. The shutout scorecard by the mexican judge is not Jrs fault. Thats whats dissapointing about Jr. getting booed in his home country. He's probably the first to tell everyone that he did'nt win every round. Dishonesty and plain out bias toward the Mexican Chavez is what was in that judges mind. A fix it was not, had it been so, the judge would have buttered up his scorecard to make it look better. You dont blame Chavez Jr. for that type of scorecard, you blame the sport that for as long as its been in existence, does nothin to rid itself of judges like the one that turned in that phoney scorecard! ......and if hes the fraud you seem to think he is, then the time will come that he wont be able to hide his flaws in the ring. In the meantime, let the kid get slowly educated in the ring before that time comes. That quote accurately reflects Oscar DLH for a good part of his career. DLH made a career out of beating fighters smaller than he was, and look where it got him? As a matter of fact, I can stomach alot easier what they're doing to Jrs career now, because there is'nt anybody in his camp saying he's anywhere close to beating the best. DLH was feasting on smaller fighters while his promotion and camp were verbally saying he was the 2nd coming of Sugar Ray Robinson. The big quotes from Arum were that he was going to reach a ring status beyond Ray Leonard. That turned out to be as phoney as can be, and its something that my boxing digestive system had alot more trouble stomaching than what they're doing with Jr. right now When Jr and Co. start claiming they're the best in the business while he feasts on the undersized fodder that you claim they're feeding him now, I'll do you one up and drive the hate bus you're on right now Kirk!:deal ......until then, I'm going to be rooting for the kid to suceed, afterall he is the son of one of my favorite fighters to ever lace them up!:yep
