Yes, he's resume is packed out with a lot of bums.

But perhaps now he is starting to head in the right direction. I think he is slowly slowly starting to win over some people.

I'm not quite convinced. But he's in the right place at the Wildcard

 

Although his competition has been "lackluster" he has looked like a much better fighter in his past few fights. Since Jr. has no real amateur experience, I would imagine this part of his career will be the equivalent of fighting in the Amateurs. I suspect that he'll contuinue fighting these kinds of fighters for another 15-20 fights...and will not face a QUALITY fighter until has a good 60 fights under his belt (remember his dad's resume).

Now with that being said....Lucian Bute has NO excuse for his resume. He really need to step-it-up!

to be fair to him he has been stepping it up lately. Duddy, Zbik, Manfredo, good soild guys, especially if you aren't super talented or rated as one of the best, which he clearly is not. And he has called out Canelo and Martinez. Whether his promoter makes those fights is another question. The sham and the shame is that the WBC handed him that rubbish green belt of theirs, hardly his fault for accepting it though.

The guy is obviously not as talented as his father. He is also fighting the wrong style. He's a tall fighter fighting like a short guy. He needs to fight to make use of his advantages. Even if he does, he's not a top flight talent. He's blue-collar guy who will either have to work hard to get respect in the boxing world.

There's about only 1 fighter i actively hate on, sadly enuf... thats JCCjr.

There's about ZERO reason to even be a fan of him.

There's no other undefeated fighter out there who has a better-padded record.

Its kind of a bummer he moved into an even less-competitive weight class and expect to find even "better competition".

About every lousy fan says "yeah... but, he's getting better".

According to BoxRec (who assigns points due to level of competition & performance), he doesnt break into the TOP 10 of the Middleweights hahahahahaa - WHAT A ****ING JOKE!

Another undefeated fighter on BoxRec, Dmitry Pirog, is rated #6, yet only has 19 fights under him!!! The points assigned are cumulative, not an average.... So this says that JCCjr's 43 wins nearly amounts to 75% of what Pirog has done in 19 fights hahahahah

I will expose JCC jr consistently UNTIL he steps up to A caliber competition and takes it like a man....

Being brought along slowly...carefully...but CORRECTLY...
Zbik, Duddy, Manfredo and Molina are very good fighters

 

They are good contenders, but not very good fighters by any stretch.
