Don't follow your drift ! I didn't say or mention any " guys " fighting today, did I ? and since you put up great fighters like , Arguello, Pac and Pea ( possible excluding Floyd ) yes I would have a peak JCC to beat them, would you not ?

then i misunderstood your post. that last line suggests sarcasm...contempt for his standing. as if you were complaining that people cant compare anyone to jc, because its blasphemy. i suggested that it depends on who you compare him to, if you want actual debate.
where exactly did i take a wrong turn?

Chavez would batter both of them, of course.

At what weight? Loma should go back down a division. He's clearly too small for the current one he's in.

Julio is on another level. Loma would get demolished at 135. He would do better at 130. Lopez at 135 or 140 Chavez makes quick work of him.

He very well may have beaten them both on the same night but without doubt one at a time he wins both fights.

    I'd favor him against both.

He’d be favored in both but I don’t understand why he needs to say this now.

Dude, you had your time, let the young guys have theirs.

    Both beat him easily.
These old-timers need to realize their time is over and that the new generation is better in just about every aspect of the sport. This is the case with almost every sport and field known to man, and to deny it is just foolish.
