At least Sergio is targeting a guy the same size or bigger. Give Sergio credit for this. And why can't you admire his passion instead of calling him a "beggar"? Is there such a thing in Boxing? It should be a sin to call any boxer a beggar because they are putting their life on the line to earn a living. Every boxer SHOULD be hungry for a shot at the top dogs. Otherwise they shouldn't be fighting. Martinez paid his dues by fighting and beating dangerous guys like Williams (back when nobody would fight him) and Pavlik (due to size advantage). That said, why can't Sergio go for big money fights?

Before you slam Sergio take a look at one of the biggest flaws in boxing: Canelo is a bigger star than JM Marquez and Chavez Jr. is a more recognized middleweight over Martinez. Granted Jr has a famous name but the point is Boxing doesn't always reward fighters who have earned credibility in the ring. Sergio is trying to reverse this problem and he shouldn't be condemned for such thing.

Martinez is a beggar. Which guys is he calling out who are the "same size or bigger"? All he does is keep calling out smaller guys from 147. I can admire passion of fighting the top dogs, but not when you outweigh them 25+ lbs on fight night. Pick the top dogs AROUND YOUR WEIGHT. I used to be a fan until lately, now that he thinks he's the greatest thing since sliced bread. Chavez Jr. > Beggar Sergio

  3. Sergio should call Frankie Randall and have him tell Chavez to shut the **** up and lay of the blow.

That was embarrassing. SR. Has clearly been brain damaged from all the cocaine he snorted in his lifetime.

No. Doubt they let this fight happen.. They won't let Jr. take a loss from Martinez yet, if at all.

Martinez never said Chavez Jr is the best. When did he say that? Martinez, and everyone else, knows that Chavez Jr will be an "easy" payday for Martinez. Its just a way of getting paid good and getting more recognition. Since Pac, Cotto and Mayweather aren't bitting the hook the next "big" payday becomes Chavez Jr at MW and its a more winnalbe fight than lets say Mayweather/Pac @150 or Cotto @154.

Meldrick Taylor, Pernel Whitaker, Edwin Rosario, Hector Camacho, DeLa Hoya, Kostya Tzyu, Miguel Angel Gonzales, Jose Luis Ramirez, Roger Mayweather, Juan LaPorte, Rocky Lockridge. You say these guys are on par with the opposition that Jr. has been facing?:think I don't think so. Chavez deserves a little more credit than that.

But as for his son, now that's a fraud right there. He's got no chance against Martinez.

Im no fan of jr, but he's still a fighter, and a decent one at that. That "*****" would put you in a coffin if you stepped in the ring with him.

In the ring, Martinez will turn Jr. into a baby seal. JCC Sr. knows it. That's why he's tweeting like a freak on the verge of a nervous breakdown. That's what stress does to egomaniacs.

I really doubt Chavez Sr. even knows how to use a computer. Someone is just starting **** with this twitter bull****.

Either that or he is really hitting the coke hard again.
