Maybe you underrate Chavez tho i do Mancini would not be walked thru. There is however no chance on mother earth Mancini wins this.
Well you've mentioned him numerous times in derogatory fashion lately. What exactly has Greg Page got to do with this thread? Nothing would be vastly overstating it.
Then you didnt read it clearly. My point is as clearly stated Mancini is one of the most disrespected fighters on here which underrated falls under that category while Page instantly comes to mind as one of the most overrated based on what I'm still trying to figure out.
I read it crystal clear. Only in your opinion mate. Many others will disagree, sometimes strongly. For me Mancini is rated about right in here. He was deeply discussed in a thread a year or so back.
Ok so if I'm understanding you correctly your saying were entitled to our own opinions which I stand bye. I'm a Mancini guy and I'm assuming your a Page guy?
I'm not "any" guy. That's just silly really. It shouldn't be about cheerleading and taking sides and being this guy or that guy. I try my best to simply appreciate what different boxers bring (and don't bring) to the table.
And me also I just word it differently that's all. Not cheerleading..standing up for a fighter who gets little respect and is under appreciated who always showed up in top condition and gave his all as opposed to a fat lazy fighter who didnt have the discipline to take his livelihood seriously. I tried to find common ground but you just wanted to be condescending
Lets call a spade a spade then. You feel a great need to speak derogatory about fighters like Page and Thomas in order to take heat off one of your favored can do no wrong fighters. You can't even give Thomas credit for beating a top version of Witherspoon and embarrassingly claim the versions Holmes fought of Weaver and Witherspoon would both knock Thomas out. It's ridiculous really. You whine for respect for guys like Mancini yet can't even give Thomas respect for beating Witherspoon (particularly) and Weaver. Show some respect yourself.
He didn't show anything pre-Kim that would indicate he could beat JC Chavez. He was hyped, hyped, hyped. He was a good fighter, but he was never at the top echelon. Kim was an obscure classic WBA top 10 type who hadn't beaten anyone of note and yet Mancini struggled mightily with him. It's revisionist history to say Mancini was a great fighter who suddenly regressed a few levels because of the Kim fight.
AGAIN where did I ever say he could beat Chavez!! Your the second guy now!! Where the #### did I ever say he could beat Chavez??!!
