    At 130 & 135 I favor Arguello by a slim margine.

    Exactly.

    At 130 a late stoppage in Arguello's favour isn't out of the question IMO.

    At 140 a late Chavez stoppage is likely IMO.

    At 135, either could win a decision, but I'd go for Arguello, as he's in his element fighting someone who comes to fight.
