    I can honestly say that ive never seen this matchup in all of esb.....


    and although i dont have a pick on the fight, i highly doubt chavez is even coming close to stopping ike...

    Well, prime vs prime would be an ATG 130-140 fighter vs a damn good welterweight, a class that proved to be too far for Julio to get a title at and one he didn't fight at until he was past prime anyways. If it's at 147, gimme Quartey.

    If julio would have fight another fighter in 93, he would get the title .. Pea was just all wrong for him .. and that was a clear but a competitive fight! ...

    Julio has the power to hurt in WW ... just see the second hoya fight ... and that was a 38 yr old Julio ... not even Trinidad or mosley hurt hoya that way

    I concur, the size disparity is too large. I see that thunder jab of Quartey's opening cuts on JCC forcing a late stoppage.
