Miranda got his first win on the comeback trail since losing to Brian Viloria, taking just two rounds of mortar fire to retire Luis Carlos Leon (the first time in the Colombian's career he's been stopped) and reportedly looked very good in doing so. Segura was supposed to appear on the same card but got sidelined with injury. The two have been chirping at each other, so why not make the second most action-packed flyweight bout possible (behind Marquez-Concepcion II) once Segura is healed up? If made, it might be for 10 rounds as neither is a titlist and Segura is brand new to the division and therefore has yet to earn any ranking. Ideally though, the winner would face Viloria. :bbb Maybe both can pick up a win over someone in the top 20 so their clash can be called an eliminator?
Segura UD. Pingo is good but beatable. I don't put anyone above Segura though! ( not even P. W. ) He gets outworked in a war. ( Favorite Flyweights: Giovani Segura, Luis Conception, Julio Cesar Miranda )
