Who takes it? Vasquez was one of the best, and without question THE most ducked JMW champion of the golden years of the division(Norris wanted no piece of him) and the guy who beat Winky around the ring like a rag doll. Vargas beat Winky as well in a much closer affair(also against a more experienced, overall better version of Winky) and beat Quartey as well. Style-wise, looks like a very interesting matchup. I'll give the chin edge to Vasquez, as well as strength more than likely. Vasquez had a very good, stiff jab as well, but Vargas was a bit more refined technically overall.
damnn i was thinking about this today, i dont know who takes it but vasquez in his prime at 154 was a beast. vargas is probably tkoed in the final rounds.
